Refund policy

 

Important Information:
All wigs sold by The Mane Muse Collective are custom-made to the purchaser’s specifications and, due to hygiene considerations, are exempt from the statutory right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK). Accordingly, wigs cannot be returned once they have been worn, restyled, the lace has been cut, or the original tag has been removed.

Refunds are only provided for verified defects attributable to The Mane Muse Collective.

Customers have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a refund if they receive an incorrect or defective item.

To be eligible for a return, the wig must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, in line with the conditions outlined above.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
