How long is processing and shipping?
All wigs are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days (Mon–Fri) for processing before shipment.
Shipping times begin after processing is complete. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, or weather conditions. We are also not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit. Please contact Royal Mail directly to file a claim. We're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim.
Can i change or cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.
Do you only specialise in wigs?
For now, we specialise exclusively in wigs. However, our bundle collection will be launching in the coming months.

How do i take care of my wig?
To care for your wig and maintain its quality, we recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo and a high-quality, moisturising conditioner. Avoid over-washing; every 2–3 weeks or after several wears is usually sufficient, depending on how often you wear the wig.
Before washing, gently detangle the hair starting from the tips and working your way up using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush. This helps prevent breakage and shedding.
Be especially careful with the lace, as it is delicate and can tear if pulled or handled roughly. Always remove the wig gently, especially around the hairline.
After washing, allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand to help preserve its shape and prevent heat damage. If using heat tools, apply a heat protectant and keep the temperature at a moderate level.
When not in use, place your wig on a wig stand to prevent tangling and help retain moisture.
