How long is processing and shipping?
Our wigs are custom made. Please allow up to 21 business days (Mon–Fri) for processing before shipment.
Shipping times begin after processing is complete.
Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. International orders, including those to Ireland, the USA, Canada, and beyond, are shipped using DPD Air Express. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly once the processing period is complete.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, DPD, customs, or weather conditions. We are also not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit. Please contact Royal Mail or DPD directly to file a claim. We're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim.
Can i change or cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.
However, if you receive a faulty wig or the wrong item due to our negligence, please ensure all tags remain attached, the lace is uncut, and the unit is returned in its original packaging box. Once received, we will inspect the unit to determine whether it is eligible for a refund. Please note, the wig, bundles or lace systems must not be damaged or altered in any way that makes it unwearable.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your wig unit to contact us via email regarding any issues. Return shipping costs must initially be covered by the customer; however, if your refund is approved, the shipping fee will be reimbursed (Proof Required).
If your return is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
For custom units, please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.
How do i take care of my wig?
To care for your wig and maintain its quality, we recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo and a high-quality, moisturising conditioner. Avoid over-washing; every 2–3 weeks or after several wears is usually sufficient, depending on how often you wear the wig.
Before washing, gently detangle the hair starting from the tips and working your way up using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush. This helps prevent breakage and shedding.
Be especially careful with the lace, as it is delicate and can tear if pulled or handled roughly. Always remove the wig gently, especially around the hairline.
After washing, allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand to help preserve its shape and prevent heat damage. If using heat tools, apply a heat protectant and keep the temperature at a moderate level.
When not in use, place your wig on a wig stand to prevent tangling and help retain moisture.
